The Opportunity
Unyte Health is seeking an AI-enthusiast, hands-on systems thinker to join our team as a HubSpot & AI Automation Manager.
You’ll own how HubSpot works across the company — uncovering acquisition opportunities, optimizing lifecycle automation, and experimenting with AI to make every process smarter.
You’ll also play a key role in accelerating Unyte’s evolution into an AI-powered organization by identifying, prioritizing, and leading high-leverage use cases for AI and automation across teams.
This role is ideal for someone who sees a messy CRM and gets excited about cleaning it, connecting it, and optimizing it with AI — and who loves turning insights into scalable, high-impact systems.
What You Will Do
- Lead the planning, prioritization, and implementation of AI tools, automations, and education initiatives across all departments
- Educate and empower all Unyte team members with practical AI skills (e.g., prompting, workflow design, AI ethics) by running internal AI bootcamps, curating training resources, and fostering a culture of AI curiosity, responsibility, and experimentation
- Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot CRM across Marketing & Sales
- Audit and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, scoring, and reporting
- Build automations and integrations (HubSpot, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Analyze lead and customer data to surface insights and opportunities
- Create enablement tools and dashboards for Sales and Marketing teams
- Use AI features within Hubspot and connected tools to improve efficiency and accuracy (e.g., predictive scoring, data cleaning, content assistance, QA automation)
- Define and document best practices for AI and automation across teams
- Collaborate with leadership on attribution, growth, and lifecycle strategies
- Improve lead handoff, pipeline management, and sales automation
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions proactively
You Are a Great Candidate If You Have
- 3–6+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing/Sales Ops, or HubSpot CRM (HubSpot Lead/Architect/Manager experience is a strong plus)
- Experience owning Hubspot from end-to-end
- Strong data literacy knows how to segment, analyze, and act on CRM data
- Familiarity with AI tools (Hubspot AI, Gemini, ChatGPT, Zapier AI, Make, or custom GPTs)
- Proficient in building and managing automations and integrations across tools like HubSpot, Stripe, and ZoomInfo
- Comfort introducing AI tools into existing workflows
- A bias toward execution: you don’t just diagnose problems, you fix them
- Curiosity, creativity, and comfort experimenting with new tools and smarter ways of working
- Experience driving org-wide data standards and enablement
- Bonus: Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), RPA tools, or AI/Machine Learning

Expected Annual Salary: CAD $85,000 – $115,000.
